The Fifth Institute of Electronics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is the earliest authoritative institution engaged in reliability research in China, and the only professional institute engaged in quality and reliability in the military electronics industry。The first phase of the work area is mainly used for military scientific research, production, research and development area and living supporting area, and the second phase of the work area is used for the construction of test sites and research and development sites including UAV test base, intelligent network connected vehicles, satellite navigation and application products, equipment quality and reliability assurance。Because there is an irrigation canal crossing the east and west high slope between the first and second plots, there are safety risks such as landslide, collapse, height fall, and flooding the eastern farmland。The project through the construction of retaining wall 680m, wall 872m, culvert 241.61m and other projects to eliminate security risks, so that the first and second phase of the Zengcheng Headquarters New District land together to create basic conditions for the park to be put into use。
